Robert was able to give me an estimate of what a service fee and any potential other costs would be over the phone. I was worried I wouldn't be able to find someone on the weekend or be charged an exorbitant amount to have someone come out. Upon arriving, he found the issue with our A/C unit within 10 minutes and had it fixed and running. I've had multiple businesses the past few years diagnose our unit, charge a ton of money, and they all missed the issue Robert found. Highly recommend.
